After careful consideration, the UBC Medical Undergraduate has decided to offer the following endorsements for the 2019 AMS Elections:

VP Finance: Jon Tomalty
Board of Governors: Jeanie Malone and Dylan Braam
Senate: Julia Chai, Nick Pang, Riley Ty, Chris Hakim, and Julia Burnham
The MUS reviewed all candidate platforms and pledges received from candidates, and strived to achieve endorsements reflective of candidate merit and we wish them the best of luck in their campaigns.
The MUS is also pleased to support the referendum questions, and encourage all eligible Medical Students to vote “YES” to the following referenda:
SASC Student Fee Referendum
Indigenous Student Fee Referendum
AMS By-Law Amendment Referendum
Graduating Class Fee Reduction Referendum
U-Pass Term Extension Referendum
Campus Culture and Performance Fee Referendum
AMS Elections voting will be held between March 11 at 12:01 am – March 15 at 5:00 pm. All Year 1 and 2 students, as well all Year 3 and 4 student who opted in for AMS fees can vote online for these referenda, for the AMS executives, and other positions. This includes students at all distributed sites. The ballot will be available at https://amsvoting.as.it.ubc.ca/ during this period.
