Talk to me about:
I’m open to talking about everything and nothing. I worked in mental health as a registered nurse in the past and am comfortable providing a safe space to talk about mental health hardships, substance use, eating disorders, emotional dysregulation, stigma, caregiving and caregiver burden, academics, time management, and work-life balance. I’m now in my early 30s and had my fair share of chaos during my 20s that I’m sure we’ll be able to connect over.

Fun fact:
I’m a doggy daddy of a 4-year-old whippet! Woof woof.

Talk to me about:
Out-of-province experiences, homesickness, body image struggles, imposter syndrome, overthinking, navigating a long-distance relationship with a partner in medicine, couples matching, balancing healthy habits with school stressors… talk to me about ANYTHING! 🙂

Fun fact:
I’m a huge vegetarian foodie and avid Taco Bell enthusiast (why did it take SO LONG for a Taco Bell to open up near Vancouver???)
