Weekly Newsletter | Medical Undergraduate Society

The MUS newsletter is sent out every Monday evening. To ensure your event/workshop, volunteer/job opportunity, or any other communication is included in the newsletter, please fill out the form by midnight Sunday. Requests will be reviewed, and you will be contacted if additional information or clarification is needed.

In addition, to keep the newsletter as concise as possible, most events and posts within reasonable discretion will be put on around 2 weeks (give or take a few days) before deadline/start date. If there is no end date, it will be removed after two weeks (can be resubmitted if needed).

For Example:

Today’s Date/Newsletter: Monday, Sept 18

Submitted Post: “Eat Free Tacos Days with Urologists

Event RSVP: Saturday, October 7 + Event date: October 15”

Since the RVSP it’s well more than 2 weeks away (20 days from the RSVP date) this post will be submitted in the Monday, Sept 25 Issue (13 days from RSVP date)
