Typically, sponsors have presented at lunch (noon-12:45PM) during the school day or during the evenings. The first and second year cohorts are usually together for lunchtime presentations on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The third and fourth year cohorts will require some additional planning to schedule a date. If your application is approved, we will contact you to plan accordingly.
The application (available here) will be reviewed by the sponsorship team, the office of student affairs, and the respective class presidents. There are three deadlines for presentation applications:
- April 5th: For presentations at the beginning of the school year (mid-August to September)
- August 5th: For presentations in Fall semester (October to December)
- December 5th: For presentations in the Winter semester (January to April)
